De inschrijving is geopend op maandag 4 maart. Omdat er veel belangstelling uit het buitenland is (Engelsen en Fransen) maar wij de vaste en nieuwe Nederlanders niet willen missen hebben we een aantal regels ingesteld. Die regels zijn:
– De inschrijving wordt geldig op het moment van ontvangst van het inschrijvingsformulier (in dit document onder de Engelse tekst), mits de aanbetaling van EUR 100 per persoon ontvangen is binnen 14 dagen van het moment van ontvangst van het inschrijvingsformulier.
– Als de aanbetaling later ontvangen is, dan wordt de inschrijving pas geldig op de dag dat de aanbetaling ontvangen is.
– Inschrijvingen worden behandeld op basis van volgorde van ontvangst.
– Inschrijvingen vinden plaats op individuele basis per boot (geen groepsregistraties)
– Voor de inschrijving geldt een limiet van 10 buitenlandse deelnemers t/m 1 mei 2024. Als er na deze datum nog plekken over zijn, dan zijn deze plekken ook beschikbaar voor buitenlandse deelnemers (uiteraard onder toepassing van het bovenstaande).
– Het bestuur van de Stichting Natuurlijk Varen beslist inzake het terugbetalen van aanbetalingen.
Naar inschrijvingsformulier. 5 maart: Je kunt je alleen nog inschrijven voor de wachtlijst, je hoeft dan geen inschrijfgeld te betalen.

The registration will be opened Monday 4 March, after the Winter Meeting has taken place. In order to balance the entries from the UK, France and the Netherlands, the following rules apply in respect of the registration process:
– Registration becomes valid on the date that the completed registration form (below) is received, subject to the advance payment of EUR 100/person being paid into our account within 14 days of receipt of the registration form.
– If the advance payment is received late, the registration will only become valid as of the day the advance payment is received (so one may lose his/her spot).
– Registrations are handled on a first come basis.
– Registration takes place on an individual boat basis (no group registrations are considered).
– We have set a limit to 10 persons (not boats) from abroad for registration until 1 May 2024. If there are still spots available after this date, those also become available to participants from abroad without this 10-person limitation (all subject of course to what is set out above).
– Any advance payments received will be returned at the committee’s sole discretion.
Application form March 5: After a few hours the Dorestad raid was full. You can only register for the waiting-list now, no payment necessary.
